CD1000-Z Granule Tonnage-sack Packing machine is a kind of special equipment designed for large sack packing for various granule materials with fine liquidity. It is applied to the large-size packing for the materials such as grain, fertilizer, plastic particle and other chemical products, etc.

The packing machine adopts weighing hopper net weight type electronic-scale for weighing, with the advantages of accurate measuring, fast filling and packing, high automation, stable and reliable performance, convenient operation and maintenance, etc. It can combine a transfer line together with the conveyor and the thermal sealer, to complete the material packing procedures such as weighing, sealing and conveying.

Technical characteristic:

Flow by gravity and three-stage flow rate control is adopted for the feeding, to achieve the accurate measurement.

Weighing control system is controlled by PLC programs. As per the users requirement, it may be fixed with communication interface to make it easy to form the computer network and then exercise real time monitoring and network management.

Dust collector is provided to avoid on-site dust pollution.

Designed on the basis of human-oriented conception, its sack clamping device adopts lifting structure, which makes the operations such as covering and clamping the sack easy. And after finishing the packing, it can automatically release the sack.

The weighing control instrument adopts the entire panel digital calibration and parameters setting, featured with the functions such as displaying accumulative weight, auto tare deduction, auto zero calibration, auto fall correction, over tolerance alarm, and fault self-diagnosis.

When placing the order, the characteristic parameters of the materials to be packed and the size of container sack are required to be provided.
