  Light-Duty Car Underground Lift (for Cars and Light trucks)

Specification: F1500~F5500. Lifting Weight: 1.5 tons~5.5 tons (0.5 ton as one step). Lifting Height: 1850mm. It is used to check and repair sedans and light trucks.

The machine adopts low pressure oil driving, so it is simple, reliable with low maintenance costs.

The bore and piston of lifting cylinder use the high-quality alloy steel as the material with hard chromium coated. And the guides of both the two units are oil-free lubrication components, which is free to repairing and durable.

The seal of cylinder is Parker, which is excellent in sealing property and long service life.

Pipeline explosion valve is equipped inside the cylinder. It can ensure the security when there are uncommon conditions on oil pressure pipeline.

(Note: The pipe joint of hydraulic system is high pressure flared fitting and the oil pipe is stainless steel heavy wall pipe. So the possibility of uncommon condition is almost zero.)

There are two forms: Single Cylinder and Double Cylinders. The two cylinders in Double Form are rigidly connected with synchronous beam, so it is excellent in synchronous performance and steady.

Mechanical electromagnetic lock (locked automatically by spring force driving; unlocked by electromagnetic force driving) is equipped to lock the car automatically in anywhere. So security is ensured.

There are many forms of bracket arms, such as panel form, stretch and lever form, H Type, etc to meet the different needs.

The installation, use and maintenance: The customer should read the product instruction first and then concrete the base (with water-proof dealing). At the same time, bury the electrical wire in advance according to the position of the operation box. After the base and ground being dried, open the cover and hoist the whole lift body (except the bracket arm) to the base using the two slings under the cover. Then fill proper hydraulic oil to the oil box, connected to the bracket and install the cover. The uncovered gap should be made water-proof. At last, install the bracket arm and then we can begin the operation. When come to the limit of oil changing, open the upper cover. Then pump the used oil and fill the new oil. When malfunction comes out and needs to repair, open the upper cover and then hoist the lift body to the ground. After the preparation of anti-inversion, we can begin the repairing.
